Provider and scope
AI Contract Manager is provided by Wasiliy Strecker, AppFabrik AI, Ludwigstrasse 23, 86152 Augsburg, Germany. These terms apply to use of the AI Contract Manager app.
Using the app
AI Contract Manager is an organization tool for contract information, document references and reminders. Users are responsible for checking their documents, detected data and any actions based on them.
No professional advice
The app and website do not provide legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice. AI results, deadlines, contact details, cancellation drafts and withdrawal drafts are preparation aids and may be incomplete or wrong.
Google Play, one-time purchases and balance
Paid features are currently offered as one-time purchases through Google Play. The price displayed in the Google Play purchase dialog applies. Billing and refunds are handled through the Google Play account used for the purchase under its applicable terms.
A purchased contract analysis includes one AI contract analysis and one online provider check. An online check may also be purchased separately. Balance becomes available after successful purchase verification. Analysis balance is consumed only after a successful AI contract analysis. Online-check balance is consumed only after a successful check.
Unused balance does not expire automatically. It is managed only in local app storage, is not part of a contract backup and may be lost if the device is lost, the app is uninstalled or app data is cleared. There is no automatic server-side restoration.
Withdrawal and refund of a Google Play purchase
For digital content, Google Play explains during purchase that the content is supplied immediately and that the automatic statutory right of withdrawal may therefore be lost. Whether a withdrawal or refund is available depends on the statutory requirements and Google Play terms. Users can request a Google Play refund or contact support@appfabrik-ai.de about a purchase that was not received or did not work as described.
A Google Play refund is different from withdrawing privacy consent in the app and from using the app to prepare a withdrawal from a third-party contract. Mandatory warranty, refund and consumer rights remain unaffected.
Local data and backups
Contract data, documents, attachments and reminders are generally stored locally on the device. AppFabrik AI does not maintain a server-side copy that could restore this local data.
Manual and automatic backups are password-protected files placed in a location selected by the user. Users must keep the password safe, verify important backups and retain separate copies when appropriate. Purchase balance is not included in backups.
AI analysis and online checks
Cloud features start only after a user action. Transmission details are explained in AI Data Processing and the Privacy Policy.
Users must not submit information about health, genetic or biometric characteristics, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade-union membership, sex life or sexual orientation to AI analysis or online provider checks. Such contracts may still be managed locally without cloud processing.
Users may process and submit only documents and information that they are authorized to process and submit.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the app, website or gateway, bypass security mechanisms, disrupt services, infringe third-party rights or use the features for unlawful purposes.
Availability
Features may be updated or changed. Continuous availability of the app, AI providers, web search, Google Play or external storage providers cannot be guaranteed.
