Privacy summary
Original documents stay local by default. When AI analysis is started, recognized OCR text is sent through api.appfabrik-ai.de to OpenAI API. We do not sell document data or create advertising profiles from contract documents.
Local contract data can be lost if the device is lost, the app is uninstalled, or app data is cleared. Encrypted backups are placed only in a storage location selected by the user and should be checked regularly. Purchase balance is not included in contract backups.

Withdrawal drafts are preparation aids only. Not every contract can be withdrawn. Please verify whether a withdrawal right exists and whether the deadline is still open before sending anything.
