Use of the app
AI Contract Manager is provided as an organization tool for contract information, document references and reminders. Users are responsible for checking their own documents, dates and actions.
No professional advice
The app and website do not provide legal, financial, tax or professional advice. Information shown in the app must be reviewed by the user before relying on it.
App stores and payments
Downloads, purchases, subscriptions, refunds and billing may be handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. Their terms apply to those transactions.
Subscriptions and credits
Paid features, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations and refunds are managed through the app store account used for the purchase unless stated otherwise in the app. Any scan or AI analysis credits may be limited by the plan shown in the app and may change with future versions.
AI results and drafts
AI extraction, summaries, warnings, cancellation drafts and withdrawal drafts can be incomplete or incorrect. They are preparation aids only and must be reviewed by the user before use. Not every contract can be cancelled or withdrawn in the way suggested by the app.
Acceptable use
Users may not misuse the website or app, attempt to disrupt services, infringe third-party rights, or use the app for unlawful purposes.
Users may only process documents they are allowed to process with the app and, when AI analysis is started, with a third-party AI provider.
Availability
We may update, change or discontinue features where necessary. We try to keep support information current but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
