Transmission
Data transmission to the website and gateway uses HTTPS/TLS. AI requests go through api.appfabrik-ai.de.
API keys
OpenAI API keys are never embedded in the mobile app. The app calls the AppFabrik AI gateway instead.
Document access
There is no public access to user documents through this website. Original contract files are not sent to AI by default.
Data minimization
For AI analysis, only data needed for the analysis is processed, such as recognized OCR text and related metadata.
User review
AI results are shown for user review before use. Please verify deadlines, cancellation, withdrawal and contract interpretation.
Email safety
Do not send confidential documents to support unless we explicitly request them. In most cases, a short description of the issue is enough.
Implementation note
Some security and retention statements depend on the current app and gateway implementation. If the implementation changes, this page and the privacy policy should be updated.
