Website server logs
When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically required data such as IP address, time, requested URL, browser information and HTTP status. The purpose is secure and stable website delivery. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is secure operation and error prevention. Server logs are retained for no more than 14 days unless a specific security incident requires longer retention.
Contact and support
When you contact us, we process your email address, message and voluntarily supplied information to handle the request. Depending on the request, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Support cases are normally deleted twelve months after closure and retained longer only for legal obligations or ongoing claims.

Recipients of website and communication data may include hosting and email providers. If a provider processes data outside the EEA, the adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses applicable to that provider are used.
Rights and deletion
Subject to the GDPR, data subjects have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and may lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Deletion requests may be submitted through Data deletion or by email.
